Our client is a leading Australian technology company specialising in defence, security, and aerospace solutions. They provide advanced systems engineering, integration services, and technology innovation, working closely with government and commercial clients to enhance operational efficiency and security through cutting-edge technological solutions.

ÃÀÓÕÖ±²¥ the role:

This traineeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands on experience in:

  • Visitor and Supplier Management: Handle phone inquiries, office visitors, and manage accounts for postage, stationery, couriers, and kitchen supplies.
  • Office Administration: Oversee stationery orders, tea room organisation, facilities maintenance, mail handling, meeting room setup, and catering.
  • General and Corporate Admin Support: Perform photocopying, filing, purchase orders, proof reading, training bookings, and assist with WHS and Environmental initiatives.
  • ICT and Financial Assistance: Support ICT teams with procurement and courier management, and process invoices with guidance from the Finance team.

What we're looking for:

  • Excellent Communication and Professionalism: Strong interpersonal skills, professional presentation, and attention to detail.
  • Autonomy and Multitasking: Ability to work independently and manage several tasks simultaneously.
  • Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
  • Satisfactory completion of a National Police Check
