• Is keen to learn all aspects of the trade.Ìý
• Is passionate about hairdressing and will takeÌýpart in and out of salon.trainingÌý
• Has good customer service skills and is very well presented.

Duties include:Ìý

• Greeting customersÌý and creating a customer journey for each client
• Performing hairdressing duties to your current abilityÌý
• Salon tidying and general cleaning attention to detail is key
• Observing different treatments and assisting qualified hairdressers where needed. look and learn skill setsÌý
• Would like regular growth meetingsÌý
• Would love to work with sustainable haircareÌý
• Would love to learn how to excel in all areasÌýÌýso you can achieve your goals develop kpis and your earning potentialÌý
